As a result of a joint growth strategy, Armatec A/S and Dansk Ventil Center A/S will merge on August 1. 2022, making Dansk Ventil Center the new division in Armatec.
Armatec is the market leader in technical consulting and sales of products for the heating-cooling- and processing plants in the heavy part of the industry. With the addition of this new division, Armatec makes a solid impression in the market as the Nordic region's largest supplier of flow and valve solutions.
DVC is one of the market's leading suppliers of competitive valves to the general industry, and according to Jens Brammer, CEO of Armatec, the new organizational structure strengthens Armatec with a wide range of customer benefits.
”From a knowledge and service perspective, I believe that the merger will create value for our customers, because we can contribute with new competencies and opportunities that have not previously been seen with one supplier”, says Jens Brammer.
Common ambition to strengthen customer cooperation
With the merger, we at Armatec and DVC can offer the strongest setup in the market, which according to division manager Flemming Stig Hansen, helps to fulfill a strong common ambition of moving closer to our customers' projects and daily operations.
”Especially the expansion of our service and competence team and an expanded product range with fast delivery from Denmark's largest valve warehouses in Glostrup and Vejle gives us new opportunities to create increased efficiency and servicing of our customers”, says Flemming Stig Hansen.
New competitive advantage with strong business concept
In a competitive market, Armatec and DVC together offer a strong business concept with consulting, sales and on-site service in all phases of any project containing flow and valve solutions. Both companies continue their customer activities, and at the merger, DVC retains its location, but changes to Armatec's CVR-nr. 42685313 and account no. 2191-0244100910.
